Haven Church Farm Day Visit – Vlog

Quite often I skim through the Groupon e-mail that comes into my inbox everyday and sometimes I don’t even look at them (naughty me!) However one day an offer came though that really caught my eye! I mentioned it to a couple of my friends who were keen to come along too and as it was the girls birthday weekend it was going to be a lovely treat for them.

A day visit to Haven Church Farm for only £10 for a family of 4 and extra £5 for extra people. This was a bargain in my eyes, as we pay £11 for a family of 5 to go swimming at our local pool. At Haven Church Farm we were able to use the swimming pools, entertainment, on site play park and pay extra for any of the extra activities. You could arrive 10am and use it until 6pm, we all got a meal there before we left. The food was really tasty and arrived quickly.

It is only 40 minutes drive away for us, we arrived at 10am so we could make the most of the day, with our coats packed and jumpers on we expected a cloudy chilly day as the weather was forecast. How wrong were they, it was a beautiful blue sky day and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. However we should have bought the suncream as we all ended up a little pink by the end of the day, opps!

I was really impressed with Haven Church Farm, it was clean, staff were friendly, facilitates were great and the food was really tasty. I couldn’t moan about anything.

I wanted to create my first video blog of our day, this is something I want to get into doing more of so our day was a great chance to have a practice. I really enjoyed it and love seeing it all come together. What’s best of all the kids have watched the video and re lived the day all over again.

The kids said this was the best day ever and 8 little kids have created very special memories together and that is worth everything.

Please do let me know what you think of my first video blog!

*I paid for this visit to Haven Church Farm however I wanted to tell you all about it and what a great park it is. Groupon link above is a referral link.

Thank you, I realy wasn’t sure how it was going to come out either but I was super pleased. There is lots of movie making software out there, I used Wondershare Filmora which a did have to pay a little for but I liked what it offered.

Thank you, I was so happy to spot this, so many times I delete the e-mails without looking at them. I don’t now as this was such a bargain day out and the kids had such a fantastic time.

Wow, what a bargain! I often assume that Groupon deals will turn out not to be worth it, but this clearly was.

Well done on your first vlog too!
