If you hadn’t noticed…..!!! I have been away for a week, and I’ve been keeping up with my picture of the day over on Instagram and Facebook, but we’ve been on holiday. Our first ever holiday aboard with the kids, and we had a great time!

We have been to visit my friend, MammaSchool in Sweden and then popped back to Copenhagen to explore the city. What an amazing time we have had, although I am so tired out now!! By visiting these two places, we were able to have the best of both worlds. The laid back lifestyle of Sweden, and then the manic tourist city of Copenhagen, Denmark.

I will be doing a post on each of the places we visited, but for now here is some photos from Instagram on the things we got up to. Please scroll through them, as there was more than one for each day!

  1. Looks like you’ve had a fantastic time. I’ve been to Copenhagen and it’s a truly wonderful place

    • Really lovely isn’t it, lovely city for us to visit for our first trip abroad with the kids

  2. this looks like such an amazing trip. I feel quite drawn to Sweden and Amsterdam but have never been – its looks like the weather was amazing too 🙂

    • It was beautiful, the weather was lovely, everyone on FB was moaning about the rain here in the UK!

  3. Oh my goodness we LOVE Copenhagen and it was one of our favourite stops on our Northern Europe road trip! Tivoli Gardens is just stunning and really beautiful at night too. We loved the aquarium as well, such a great place to visit. On your next visit I really recommend visiting the street food market, it’s just amazing! Sweden, Finland and Norway are on our bucket list, but I think we are going to visit in the winter months when the boys are a bit older.

    • Oh we managed to get to the food market too! Great places isn’t it! We really wanted to stay for the night time lights at Tivoli, but it was too late for us all!

  4. What an amazing journey. Copenhagen looks like such a beautiful city and your airbnb was stunning. How cute to see goats and a play park at a service station. I’d love to go to Sweden! x
