My first ever blog post is to let you know all about me and what my blog is all about!
My name is Stephanie and live in Hampshire with my hubby, we got married at Sopley Water Mill in the New Forest in 2007. We wanted a winter wedding as we loved the idea of lots of sparkles and candle lit ceremony.
We also have 3 children……
T my son who was born July 2004, he loves music and dancing but is scared of many many things!!
I have a set of girl identical twins who were born in May 2009 at 33 weeks. They were a complete surprise!!
L who was the first born (by 1min) she loves all crafts and lots of food!! She weighed 4lbs 8oz when born.
S who was the 2nd born is a lively little girl! She always has been, even in my tummy it was always her side that I got kicked all the time! If she could run all day she would! She weighed 3lbs 13oz when born.
This is our first ever family photo, the girls were 2 days old and it was my first twinny cuddle!
We have recently just moved house and it needs completly doing up! These picture below sums up the house! Dated, overgrown (excuse the mother in law!!) and in need of modernisation and clearance!!
We love a project, hubby is great at DIY and does a great job at it. My job is to find the ideas and design the rooms and tell him what to do, oh and make tea!! Although since taking on this house I really want to get into more things and give things a go that I have never done and let hubby do. All this will be in this blog, I love making things and will happily show you all what I have made! You can watch the house change throughout this blog!
Recently hubby customised my cabin bed from when I was a child into a much bigger one for my son, he now has his lego storage and a den underneath his bed! Daddy is the best, even though mummy came up with the idea!!
I love crafts, I love making things and see the final result! So combined with the fact that I love photography, expect lots of photos in this blog! I have just started to get into it so I am using the children and my crafts as guinea pigs! I cannot wait to build a lovely family home where we can build many memories together.
I also run my own business www.bay-bee.co.uk I set this up in Oct 2006 and I loved running it. When the twins were born I decided that I wanted to take a break from Bay-Bee and spend my time with the twins. Well I ended up taking a much longer break as the twins were harder and more time consuming than I first thought they would be!! So I reopened in 2012. I love my website, hubby designs it, another string to his bow as well as DIY!! I love finding little gems that I can sell on there, I love having unusual products for sale that you wouldn’t find if you were walking down the high street.
I have called my blog renovation Bay-Bee as we are going to make some changes in our life, all for the better. We are renovating our house, our family life, making it more fun and show the children more of the world they live in and renovating my website, I am bringing in new products all the time! So if you want to follow me expect to see lots of different things in our life, funny things we do and what changes we are going to make! Oh and I do make a good cake……so there will be some yummy recipes too!!
