Our weekend in pictures, a little diary of what we get up to at the weekends together.

Saturday 23rd September 2017

Up bright and early for a walk down the countrypark, stretch the dogs legs and some fresh air for everyone.

A person in a dark jacket stands in a grassy field, appearing to throw an object as a large white dog wearing a blue harness leaps after it—capturing the playful joy of a weekend in pictures. Trees line the background under a partly cloudy sky. A young girl stands by a wooden fence on a sunny day, looking at a sheep grazing in a green field—just one peaceful moment captured during week 36 for our weekend in pictures. Trees line the background and a dirt path runs beside the fence.

The girls were very happy to have some funky new wellies, they had to find the biggest puddle they could find to splash in………. Two children wearing blue monster-themed wellies with pink spots and patterns stand together in a muddy puddle on a gravel surface, capturing a playful moment from our weekend in pictures, week 36. Two young girls stand close together in a puddle, wearing colourful wellies. One girl in a blue hoodie hugs the other, dressed in a pink top and red trousers. Cars and trees are visible behind them—a sweet moment from our weekend in pictures.

Dog agility for Tyler, this one was tricky today, but great for Tyler and Gus to be challenged a little bit!  A person stands in a grassy, fenced outdoor agility course with ramps, jumps, and other equipment, surrounded by trees under a blue sky—a snapshot from our weekend in pictures for week 36. A person stands outdoors, gently resting their hand on the head of a large, white, fluffy dog in a blue harness. The pair look out over a sunlit field with trees and people beyond—capturing a peaceful moment from week 36’s weekend in pictures.

The girls found a park to play in whilst waiting!  Two children play on a slide in a park—one hangs upside down from the red bars, whilst the other, standing on the slide, smiles and holds their hand. Trees and greenery surround them in this joyful weekend in pictures from week 36. A smiling girl hangs upside down from a rope on a wooden playground structure, sunlight casting shadows as a brick building stands behind—capturing a joyful moment from the weekend in pictures.

What a beautiful day it turned out to be, with the washing blowing on the line, I happily enjoyed a peaceful 5 minutes in the garden A sunny back garden with a white picket fence, green lawn, flower beds, and laundry hanging on a line captures the perfect weekend in pictures. In the background, a children’s play area with a blue slide and orange climbing frame stands out. An orange butterfly with black spots rests on a vibrant pink flower, surrounded by green leaves and stems—a perfect moment captured during week 36 for our weekend in pictures series, set against a grey wooden fence background.

Saturday night easy dinner on the sofa with these lot!

Nice to have Strictly Come Dancing back on the TV!

Sunday 24th September

After the normal routine of swimming lessons, we picked somewhere new to explore. Blackwater Arboretum in The New Forest.

However as soon as we got out the car it poured with rain!! No coats, but a handy massive umbrella in the boot. It didn’t last too long, and Sofia shouted she loves walking in the rain anyway!

They called this route a sensory route, it has various trees dotted around the route and each one felt different to touch. Nice to get up close to some huge trees, and surprised us by the textures of them.

I love Autumn, I love the colours of the leaves, and watching the trees changing colour.

Concentration of a little girl decorating her branch!!

No winter walk is complete without a hot chocolate stop!

Back home for a yummy roast dinner, and get ready for school

If you don’t already follow me on Instagram I also post a daily picture, and at the end of the year I put them together into a Photobook.
