Berkley the Hearing Dog now won’t be frowned at!

Up until today Berkley the Hearing Dog for the Deaf puppy would be frowned at or told off when we walked into certain shops on our outings.

People would talk to him and distract him when I was trying to work with him.

Not now!

We have worked hard and we have passed our assessment (2 star award) which means we have now been given a lovely official Hearing Dogs for the Deaf jacket.

Doesn’t he look cute in it……

It is a really lovely moment for us as it just changes everyone’s reactions, they respect him (and me) as soon as they see the jacket.

Ok we do still get people who still don’t know what Hearing Dogs are and I am more than happy to chat to them and tell them all about it!
