If you saw my previous blog post when I reviewed the Gtech AirRam K9 Vacuum you would have seen how pleased I was with it. I still love it and it is still performing fantastic!
The Gtech Multi is a great partner to the Gtech AirRam, even though the Gtech AirRam is light enough to carry around there isn’t a hose attachment to it so you cannot get into the small places or along the skirting boards.
This is when the Gtech Multi comes to good use! You can make the most of saving £69 on the Gtech website when you purchase the Gtech AirRam K9 and Gtech Multi together.
What I love about the Gtech Multi is…….
LONG RUN TIME
Having previously owned a different brands hand-held vacuum it was easy for me to compare them both. I was super impressed by the long run time. Normally I would have only got 6 minutes out of my old vacuum but not the Gtech Multi. I managed to clean out a whole car from top to bottom and it hadn’t even run out then! It cleaned the car out really well too.
You get approx 30 minutes charge on a 4 hour charging time, this gives you plenty of time to go around and vacuum those nooks and crannies!
With the easy to read light system you can see how much charge is left in the vacuum, 4 green lights are fully charged, then onto 1 flashing red light when it is due to run out.
LIGHTING
Yes you did read correct, I am sure you did not expect me to talk about lighting when I am reviewing a hand-held vacuum!
As you can see in the above photo, the Gtech Multi has a search light on it! It is integrated into the vacuum and as soon as you press the button to vacuum you will see the little light come on, this means that when you are vacuuming in those little areas the dirt has nowhere to hide! You can see in those small dark places and clean thoroughly.
CHARGING
Charging is easy, the battery pack comes out of the vacuum if you would prefer to charge it away from the whole vacuum. Plug in and charge for 4 hours, although there is a quick charge which will give you a shorter charge time but shorter use time.
The only downside of this is you have to remember to charge it up, but that is the case with all cordless hand-held vacuums.
Attachments
The Gtech Multi has inbuilt attachments, a dusting brush on the end, a crevice tool and flexible hose all in one. All you have to do is pull out the hose to extend, I do find this twists around as it unravels and seems to be facing the wrong way around but it hasn’t caused me too many problems using it.
There is also a 18cm (7-inch) wide upholstery tool you can attach that you can use on sofas, stairs or car seats. This cleans them up really well.
With the 36cm (14-inch) extension tube you can reach to the ceiling or right to the back of things. I have been using it on the stairs as this means I don’t have to bend down to vacuum.
POWERFUL
As the Gtech Multi is a hand-held vacuum I wasn’t sure how powerful it would be.
I wasn’t disappointed at all, it still had really good suction. Watch the video below to show how well it sucks up on my stair carpet.
WEIGHT
The Gtech Multi only weighs 1.6kg, I find this perfectly fine to use and carry around. I vacuumed out a whole car and didn’t find it too heavy to use at all.
WASHABLE FILTERS
The Gtech Multi comes with washable filters, you can see in the video how easy it is to put back together after washing the filters. I have added a video below to show you how easy it is.
2-YEAR GUARANTEE
It is really reassuring to know that Gtech offer a 2 year guarantee that if anything goes wrong with the Gtech Multi as a result of faulty manufacturing they will fix or replace it for you.
OVERALL
I am so pleased with the Gtech Multi, it performs well, light enough and has super long run time. It does perfectly match my Gtech AirRam K9 as it gives me the extra flexibility that the AirRam doesn’t offer me.
You can purchase the Gtech Multi for £149 or Gtech Multi and Gtech AirRam K9 together for £329
* I was sent the Gtech Multi for the purpose of this review but all opinions are honest and of my own

That looks great, and I love the little light so you can see into all the nooks and crannies! #loveyourhome
Oh I totally need one of these in my life! Is it sad that I really like hoovers?! x x
No not at all! I have been telling everyone about my hoover!!
I’m really quite keen on the idea of a handheld cleaner for the car, stairs and generally around the kids!
Thanks so much for linking up with #TriedTested this week x
I have said it for ages that I seriously need one of these in my life! I wonder if suggesting it to the partner would it make a suitable birthday gift for me? lol!! Great review!! x
I think it would be a great birthday gift!! lol!
I keep seeing the Gtech range advertised and I really like the look of them – might have to invest I think! Thanks for linking up with #TriedTested

A cordless vacuum is a must with kids!
That sounds and looks fantastic! The light sounds a great addition!
How amazing is this little machine! Perfect for hovering my stairs, i’m totally fed up of dragging the hover to the bottom and then plugging it in at the top to do the last few steps! x

I could really do with this to do our stairs! My vacuum is so heavy and this is light weight so would be perfect.

Love the colour, I have a handheld Dyson but this looks like it could give it a run for it’s money!! #triedtested x
We could benefit from a hand held like this, we have guinea pigs in the house and I’m forever having to tidy up bits of bedding they’ve kicked out of their cage. This vaccuum would be perfect for something like that.

what a great idea, I’d never considered a cordless vacuum before but I can see how it would make life easier, my hetty Hoover is really heavy and I find doing the stairs a chore with it.

That looks good, we’ve recently bought a Dyson hand held and I’ve been impressed with that too – the rechargeable ones are sooo much better than they used to be aren’t they? #loveyourhome
