We love books in our house and when we were given the chance to review the 10th Anniversary book of
by Oliver Jeffers we were really looking forward to receiving it.
We love using books and stories to inspire us to use our imagination to create things and to have fun.
‘How to Catch a Star’ is all about a little boy who wanted to catch the stars in the sky and have one of his own.
The story follows his journey in his attempt to catch one to keep.
All 3 of my children aged 9-4 years old loved this story and I can see how this wonderful story is still selling well even after 10 years.
We were sent a fantastic pack of fun things to do, we had activity sheets for the children with dot to dot, mazes, colouring pages and mobiles to build.

Kids star craft
Inspired by ‘How to Catch a Star’ we wanted to make stars of our very own to run and chase
We then stuck everything and anything we wanted onto our stars to make them look really good!
There, our finished stars
We cut up loo roll tubes, stuck them onto the back as handles.
Glued on tissue paper streamers, they then became shooting stars!
and RAN!!!!
