Every year our local village has a carnival, I have been to this carnival pretty much every single year since I have been born!

I love to support our village, although I call it a village but it is a town now really!

ย I was sent 2 packs of Barny Bear sponges, these some individually wrapped which makes them a great little snack to take out with you on walks, days out, visits or a snack on the way home.

We decided that this years carnival was a great place to take Barny Bear on an adventure! We like to go a little earlier to get a good viewing spot and Barny Bear would be a great snack to keep them busy whilst waiting for the carnival to arrive.

Barny Bear Barny contains no artificial colours or preservatives, it has a hidden centre that is available in four yummy flavours – chocolate, milk, apple and strawberry.

We were sent strawberry and chocolate, we tried the chocolate ones for the carnival and they went down very very well! I struggled to get a photo of my two girls as they were too interested in eating their Barny Bears! The little boy on the end had eaten his by the time I even got around to taking a photo!

They all loved them!

Here’s a video of them enjoying the dancers! (beware kiddies excited voices!!)

Rusty the Hearing Dog came along to the carnival too, he took it all in his stride and didn’t care about all the people and the music and dancing going on around him. He is such a clever boy!

Now I couldn’t write this blog post without testing out a Barny Bear, so I had a strawberry one with my cup of tea in the garden when I got back home!

Thank you Mumsnet and Barny Bear for sending me 2 packs of the sponges to take out on our adventure. All views are honest and of my own.
