I made sure we kept our fireplace in our home when we were doing our house renovation, as I love to decorate the fireplace at Christmas and create a beautiful Christmas fireplace. If you are planning to install a new fireplace, electric and gas fireplaces are the most popular options these days. Gas fireplaces are not as energy-efficient as electric fireplaces, however, they have their own benefits. This year I am adding more decorations to the house as we are hoping to have a full house and to have a lovely family Christmas.

So I have started to decorate my fireplace with Christmas lights for the fireplace from Lights.co.uk and added these stunning Christmas decorative lights in a shape of a tree and star.

A cosy living room features a Christmas fireplace with lights, an electric log stove, a glowing geometric Christmas tree and star lights, pine garland, small gnome decorations on the hearth, a grey sofa, and framed art.

Christmas Fireplace Decor

I have created a cosy living room with soft pink walls, fluffy carpet, and soft lighting. Lights in this room are really important to me to keep the cosy feel, these Christmas lights allow you to add light into the room, but the design of these lights means you can keep the soft light and you can even control the lighting brightness of them, using the adjustable button on the cable.

A cosy living room features a black wood-burning stove with faux flames. Above, a brick Christmas fireplace is decorated with greenery and a lit star. Nearby, a modern illuminated tree adds to the festive glow of this fireplace with lights.

Black Aluminium Christmas Star

I loved the sharp striking design of these Christmas lights, and this star had to take centre stage for my Christmas fireplace decor. The black aluminium star light was placed directly in the middle of the fireplace but surrounded by the foliage of the garland. It looks like it’s part of the garland, with small pieces appearing slightly from behind. But equally, this looks beautiful like standing on its own.

A glowing star-shaped light sits on a mantelpiece decorated with lush green pine branches, pinecones, red berries, and metallic flowers, creating festive Christmas fireplace décor.

The outside of the lights are black aluminium but on the inside, it has the LED light strip running around which gives off a lovely colour and amount of light. It is placed on a black sturdy stand which would work perfectly to be placed on a table, window sill or fireplace. This size is 33m in height which I found it to be a lovely height to be placed as a Christmas fireplace light.

A festive arrangement of pine branches, holly leaves, red berries, and pine cones sits beneath a black star-shaped decoration against a mauve wall, adding charm to your Christmas fireplace and complementing your holiday decorations.

LED Decorative Pine Tree Lights

I wanted some interest in the pillar areas of my fireplace, and when I saw these matching black aluminium tree Christmas lights I thought they would work perfectly for this area. As these come in two different heights, I have placed the 100cm high tree light and 50cm tree light directly in front of each other. I saw this on the Lights.co.uk website and thought it looked really effective, but also gave an interest to the pillar area at my fireplace.

Even when they aren’t on, I love the look of them and how they give interest to this area of the fireplace. With their striking black aluminium frame, and sturdy stands they sit really nicely here.

Again you can adjust the brightness of these lights, to suit the look of the room. I tend to set them on a lower light setting to suit my room as it gives it a cosier feeling, but they also go bright enough to give you enough light to use as a lamp in the room.

All these lights come with a European plug, but Lights.co.uk send a UK adaptor with them to be used in standard UK sockets.

I hope you love the look of these stunning Christmas lights which would look fantastic on your Christmas fireplace this year. Head over to Lights.co.uk for more information on the products and more Christmas lights
