How To Prepare

Hello Fresh has very easy to follow instructions, with clear pictures and wording.

Minced beef or lamb being cooked in a non-stick frying pan on a hob, with a wooden spatula stirring the meat as it begins to brown—perfect for your next Hello Fresh pasta bake.

My kids love pasta but loved that this wasn’t your normal shaped pasta!

A pot of rigatoni pasta boils in water on the hob, steam rising—perfect for creating a comforting Hello Fresh pasta bake.

Using lamb mince was such a nice change, we always end up using beef mince and often forget about lamb.

Minced beef sizzles in a frying pan with finely chopped red onion at the centre—a perfect start for a Super Quick meal. A wooden spatula rests on the side, ready to stir up inspiration for your next Hello Fresh recipe. A garlic press holds crushed garlic above a pan of browned minced meat and chopped onions, ready to be added for a super quick Hello Fresh lamb and pasta bake.

It was simple flavourings being used in this recipe which is great for kids who aren’t so keen on strong flavours.

Minced lamb with onions is cooking in a frying pan. Tomato purée and a brown stock cube are on top, and a wooden spatula rests in the pan—classic Hello Fresh style. Water from a measuring jug is being poured in from the left side.

You do need to leave it on the hob to thicken once you have all the ingredients in, which isn’t a problem as it leaves you do get another job done, like kids lunches for the next day!

A frying pan filled with simmering red meat sauce, likely a lamb Bolognese or marinara, with a wooden spatula resting on the side. The sauce contains visible minced meat and tomato—perfect for a hearty Hello Fresh pasta bake.

My kids love a crispy topping on the pasta, but I don’t usually mix so many tasty things into ours!

A white bowl containing grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, chopped herbs, and breadcrumbs—perfect for topping a Hello Fresh Pasta Bake—placed on a light grey surface.

Making your own cheese sauce can seem a little scary or time consuming, but not for this recipe. Just Crème Fraîche and cheese and mix it together!

A close-up of a pan filled with cooked rigatoni pasta, perfect for a delicious Pasta Bake, topped with a large dollop of creamy white sauce and grated parmesan cheese.

Popping the spinach in whilst it’s warm, allows it to wilt down and not so green looking for kids who run a mile when they see a leaf in their dinner!

Layered up in the pot it becomes a really tasty dinner for all the family.

Topped with the breadcrumb mixture, it gives you your tasty crispy topping!

Doesn’t it look super yummy!
