Today I started to stock these wonderful keepsake and memory boxes
I love to keep the special little things that in years and years time I can open the box up and remember when they were that small to fit in the favourite outfit of mine or their coming home outfit.
I have kept the little knitted hats the twins got given in the neonatal unit when first born, the newspaper of the day they were all born on, name tags and cards that everyone gave us. It is so lovely to see them all again.
These keepsake boxes are wooden and can be personalised and made completly unquie to you. You can choose the colour of the letters, motif and box colour. Also with the child’s date of birth in wooden letters on the inside of the lid. This would make a great new baby gift, christening gift or just a special box to keep all the lovely things in.
I have decided that I am going to keep alot more things of the childrens, just to hold onto those memories of when they we’re small. Time goes too quickly.
