With the festival season nearly upon us, and New Year celebrations coming up too my mind has turned on what I am going to drink over the next couple of weeks! Last year I wasn’t able to drink, I didn’t miss it too much and coped just fine. However what I did miss was the tasty drinks, I didn’t find a really nice tasting soft drink to enjoy as a treat. So this Christmas it is all change!!

I was sent this stunning VonShef copper cocktail set to try out which I thought was perfect timing! It comes in a lovely gift box, set out nicely and is perfect for storing the 9 piece set in when not in use. Although if I had a nice place to display this I would have it out on show!

A set of shiny copper cocktail tools, perfect for crafting tasty cocktails, including a shaker, strainer, jigger, spoon, tongs, pourers, and a brush—arranged on a white surface with small gold star patterns.

The set comes with a nice little recipe book with 14 cocktail recipes inside. They are perfect to get you going and have all the traditional recipes in. Also on the VonShef website is a few more too to try out, my list is growing! I spotted this bottle of Advocaat this Christmas and I couldn’t remember where I remembered it from, I mentioned it to Mum and she says she use to drink it as a snowball. Well it is now sitting nicely in my fridge waiting!

A bottle of lemonade, a bottle of Martini, and rose gold cocktail tools—including shaker, jigger, strainer, stirrer, pourer, and muddler—are arranged on a star-patterned surface, perfect for crafting tasty cocktails.

I took to the blogging community to see if I could find some great cocktail recipes for you. They always come up with some great ideas, so if there is any of the recipes below that you love the look of then do click through to find out how to create them.
