The Briiv Air Purifier came into our lives last year; I have used it every day since! So in this article, I am going to share with you what I think about the Briiv Air Purifier after using it for a year, how it’s benefited me and tell you all about their new Briiv Air Purifier Pro that is soon to be released!
Briiv has a passion for clean air and wants to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of air purification, and after taking years of testing and customer feedback, building on the tried and tested technology, they’ve created the Briiv Air Purifier Pro. They want to make Briiv Pro the most advanced plant powered air filter that they know will create a safer home for you and your family.
What Is A Briiv Air Purifier?
If this is your first time hearing about the Briiv Air Purifier then you’re probably wondering what is so special about this Air Purifier! Briiv uses the power of plants to create clean air in your home, unlike standard air purifiers, Briiv uses sustainable air filters to clean the air and these are completely biodegradable at home.
Why Should I Have An Air Purifier In My Home?
Clean air creates higher energy levels, better sleep, and improves cognitive function. My daughters have asthma so the fact that air pollution is linked to an increased risk of respiratory conditions and that Briiv works to remove pollutants from my home is fascinating to me.
I thought of air pollution as things like traffic and workplaces, but tiny particles are released into our homes daily from everyday items like cooking, candles, moulds, and pets. Air pollutants have a noticeable effect on brain function, so Briiv creates a bubble of clean air, great for areas where you need to focus well like home offices.
What Did I Love About Having The Briiv Air Purifier In My Home?
When I first had the Briiv Air Purifier I placed it in my office area at my desk, it was lovely having clean air next to me whilst I worked, but one morning after one of my teenager’s sleepovers I placed it in the lounge and put it on full, wow it was amazing at getting rid of the sweaty smells and snack smells they had left behind! It has stayed there ever since, as I then realised how well it was doing at keeping up with the dog smell in the lounge.
My living room is the only downstairs room that has carpet, and the dog hair sits on this easily so creates a smell, running the Briiv Air Purifier on low all the time has kept on top of this smell.
So it happily sits in the corner of my living room working its magic and keeping the smells at bay, ready to be put on full blast after a sleepover!!

The filters in Briiv Pro will remove everything from pet dander all the way to fine particulates, ensuring the air in your home is always clean and healthy.
They have even used less plastics than any other electronic product in existence!
Am I Impressed By The New Briiv Air Purifier Pro?
YES! I love having the Briiv Air Purifier in my home, it keeps on top of the smells created by kids and dogs, which then makes my home cleaner and healthier. By having the new Briiv Pro I would be able to leave it to its own thing and let it get on with cleaning my home without even having to think about it. By adding more of them to my home, they would even work together without me.
Filter Changing
Filter changing on the Briiv Air Purifier is super easy, after a year you just need to purchase a year filter pack which has a new moss and 4 filters to replace throughout your next year. The new Briiv Air Purifier Pro keeps an eye on the filters for you, to let you know when you need to replace them.
Changing them over was really easy, you just place all the filters in your compost bin and add in new ones.
You don’t need to replace the cardboard box that the filter is sitting in, so be gentle with it and don’t rip it. You don’t need to write the date on anymore as the Briiv Air Purifier Pro will tell you when it needs replacing.
Once it’s all changed over I turned it on full and let it do its magic.
Fresh new moss vs old moss!
