Happy Birthday to Rusty the Hearing Dog

Today it is Rusty the future Hearing Dogs puppy birthday!

He is now is 1yr old, it is getting closer and closer to him moving up to his advance training.

We had a lovely day today, we went along to a Paws for Walk fundraising walk, it was a lovely day out with a band, raffles, walks and BBQ.

Anyone can organize one of these to raise money for Hearing Dogs, so take a look into it if you think it is something you could do.

Or anyone can come along to one so please do look to see if there is one near you.

The kids did Rusty some cards and they wanted to buy him some chocolate drops (doggy ones!)

The walk was held at ‘The Crown and Stirrup’ pub at Lyndhurst, Hampshire, I have never been to this pub before but it is situated in a lovely position. Easy to find, nice outside garden for the kids to play in with a large climbing frame, walks from the pub and dog friendly. We will be making another trip there one day.

We had a lovely walk in the new forest, we got to the top which looks down over Lyndhurst, so thought we should take the opportunity of a good background to get some photos.
