Well we are getting closer to getting the climbing frame up!!
The area is now cleared of all the old shed and contents, foundations from the greenhouse has been dug up, gosh poor hubby had his pickaxe and worked very hard to break that all up! Waste not want not we now can use all the rubble to widen our driveway!
I have been pricing up prices for turf and booked in my dad to help me lay it!! Leave hubby to do the hard manly jobs!!
We also had a small patio area but in the middle of it was a square of flower bed with an archway so we have moved this, now we have filled in this with patio slabs we have found around the garden! The twins had a lovely afternoon today riding their bikes in great big circles now they have lots of room to do so. It means we can now have our table and chairs on there too for the summer, the sun shines on that area for most of the day so really looking forward to sitting in the sun!
They love being outside, I love watching them playing together. They will get stuck in with the mud and planting that we have been doing. T is the boy and he hates slugs, worms and anything muddy and bugs!! S and L picks up the worms and handfuls of mud!
So next stage is getting the climbing frame built up and the chippings laid!
